Refund Policy
Validator Operations Intensive
- More than 21 days before start: full refund minus ₩50,000 administrative fee.
- 8–21 days before start: 50% refund or one free reschedule to the next available session.
- 7 days or fewer: no refund; reschedule at our discretion if a waitlisted attendee can take your seat.
- No-show: no refund.
Network Health Review
- Before we begin analysis: full refund of any deposit paid.
- After analysis begins: deposit non-refundable; remaining balance refunded only if we cannot deliver the report due to our error.
- Delivered report: no refund. If factual errors are identified within fourteen days, we issue corrections at no charge.
Glossary Study Hour and Ecosystem Briefing
- More than 48 hours before session: full refund.
- Within 48 hours: credit toward a future session within six months.
- No-show: no refund or credit.
Cancellation by Cortex FieldHub
If we cancel a session for low enrollment or instructor illness, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking — your choice.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is available for intensives when requested at least fourteen days before the original start date. Additional changes incur ₩30,000 handling per occurrence.
Deposits
Health reviews require a 50% deposit to begin. Deposits apply to the final invoice and follow the review refund rules above.
Non-refundable items
Printed materials shipped before cancellation, third-party venue fees already paid on your behalf, and completed review deliverables are non-refundable.
Refund method and timing
Refunds return to the original payment method. Bank transfers in Korea process within ten business days; international wires may take up to twenty business days.
